Story :
The story of the film revolves around the B phase block of Sunshine                        colony. They soon become thick friends with Abhi (Kaushik) and Nagraj (Sudhakar) and go about their daily life, experiencing small joys.
Youngsters of the B phase block have a long standing rivalry with the arrogant rich kids of the Gold Phase of the Sunshine Colony. REVIEW : shiridi sai movie review

Movie : SHIRDI SAI
Rating: 4.0/5
Cast : Nagarjuna, Kamalinee, Srikanth, Srihari, Sai Kumar, Sarath Babu and others
Director : Raghavendra Rao
Producer  : Mahesh Reddy
Banner : AMR Sai Krupa Entertainments
Music : MM Keeravani
Release Date : 2012-09-06
story :

As the name implies, Shirdi Sai is the life story of Sai Baba. The movie starts off in 1854 by showing a young Sai Baba, who is seen by the people of Shirdi in a meditative pose under a neem tree. After giving a few glimpses of His holy nature, Sai leaves for the Himalayas to seek wisdom and attain enlightenment.
After he finds His answers, Sai comes back to the town of Shirdi and sets about solving the problems of people. He becomes their emotional and spiritual Guru. He heals the sick and takes care of the hungry.
Doubters and skeptics like Bhatia, the Englishman Wales and a few other people become devotees after witnessing Baba’s miracles and His good nature. The story ends when Sai decides to leave this earthly abode.

Nagarjuna deserves a hearty applause for having the courage to take up this role and he has managed to pull it off with conviction. This film will appeal immensely to Sai Baba devotees and it will be a good watch for casual movie lovers. Comparisons are bound to happen with Vijay Chander’s version of Sai Baba but the two films are very different from each other. From a commercial perspective, we need to see how the masses take to the film.

REVIEW: MASK movie review rating

Movie : mask(dubbed movie)
 Rating : 2.5/5
Starring : Jeeva, Pooja Hedge
  Director : Mysskin
  Producer : N. V. Prasad, Paras Jain
  Music  :  Sathya
 Release date: 31 August 2012

Story :
Anand aka Bruce Lee (Jiva) is an unemployed BSc grad who is very good with Kung Fu. He does not want to lead a regular salaried life, much to the chagrin of his parents. While he goes about his normal life, the city of Visakhapatnam is under attack from a notorious gang of masked robbers who ruthlessly kill their victims. This gang is very intelligent, does not leave traces and targets only homes with a good amount of gold or jewellery.
To apprehend this gang, a special officer (Nasser) is brought in. Pooja Hegde is seen as the daughter of Nasser and Bruce Lee falls in love with her. He goes out every night in a masked avatar to try and please his lady love. During one such nocturnal adventure, he crosses the path of the gang of robbers and helps the police in catching hold of one member.
This act impresses Pooja. But just when things seem to be going good, tragedy strikes and Bruce Lee gets into big trouble. He also learns that his Kung Fu teacher has a past. To overcome all these obstacles, Bruce Lee must learn a new form of Kung Fu, become a vigilante and outclass his opponents. He takes the help of his grand pa (Girish Karnad) , who is a kind of mad scientist. How he does that and whether he is successful forms the rest of the story.

Mask does not offer much for an entertainment seeking Telugu movie lover. The narration is very slow and there are issues with the plot. A sub-par romantic track does not help either. A few good action Kung Fu action sequences and some good technical values are perhaps the only attractions for the film. If you want a Batman or Spiderman kind of action thriller, Mask will disappoint you.

On the whole, Joker is one movie which totally puts you off. Bad scenes, over the top comedy and some ridiculous dialogues, Joker tests the viewers patience to the core. This movie has absolutely nothing to offer and is a nightmare for the viewers. Please stay away form this one, even when it comes on TV.

SRIMANNARAYANA movie review

Movie : SRIMANNARAYANA
Rating: 2.5/5
Cast : Balakrishna, Isha Chawla, Parvathi Melton, Suresh, Vinod Kumar and others
Directed by : Ravi Chavali
Produced by : Puppala Ramesh
Banner : RR Movie Makers
Music : Chakri
Release Date : 2012-08-30

Srimannarayana is a film that has the content to satisfy Balakrishna’s fans. For regular movie goers, the movie is a very routine fare. A good performance from Balakrishna and some mass comedy scenes will strike a chord with the masses. The concept of farmer welfare will also appeal to some. A better second half and a more interesting climax would have helped.

SUDIGADU MOVIE REVIEW

Movie : SUDIGADU

Rating: 3/5.5
Cast : Allari Naresh, Monal Gajjar, Brahamanandam, MS Narayana, Jayaprakash Reddy and others
Director : Bheemaneni Srinivas Rao
Producer : Chandra Sekhar Reddy
Banner : Arundathy Movies
Music : Sri Vasanth
Release Date : 2012-08-24
Sudigaadu is a good clean entertainer that will make you laugh out loud. The spoofs are brilliant and like I said, the one on Omkar is not to be missed. Allari Naresh proves yet again that he is indeed the Comedy King. A badly executed climax spoils an otherwise solidly entertaining film. Still, Sudigaadu is one very enjoyable spoof on TFI and it makes for a good watch this weekend. Don’t miss it.
