A couple of weeks back, Time has attacked Manmohan Singh that he failed with his reforms to put back India on a growing status. However, both UPA and other top Indian businessmen like Ratan Tata criticized Time heavily. Now, India's very own OUTLOOK magazine is coming up with a special story on US president Barack Obama with the same heading, 'The Underachiever'. Outlook stated that Obama has promised America lots of hopes and change, but failed to take the country to next level. As a counter to Time's 'Reboot' statement, Outlook printed that 'America needs a reboot'.
US media accused that India cannot take criticism positively, now we have to see how US media will take these writings and respond.
